FOR TODAY... Tuesday, December 9th, 2008
Outside my window...rain, rain, go away, come again another day (as snow, please)!
I am thinking...how I will miss snow this Christmas.
I am thankful for...having daughters first.
From the learning rooms...the falling walls of Jericho, Psalm 23, 5 Senses Stations we never got to a few weeks ago.
From the kitchen...chicken tetrazinni
I am wearing...jeans and a black shirt and red crocs (yes, red..)
I am creating...a Christmas Wonderland
I am going...nowhere in this weather!
I am reading...On the Banks of Plum Creek, A Child's Look at the Twenty-Third Psalm by W. Phillip Keller (good stuff), and The Art of Natural Family Planning
I am hoping...dinner, baths, and a Christmas movie fit into tonight's agenda
I am hearing...Connor looking in his workbook for his address card, and the girls whispering as they excitedly set up the boys' 5 Senses Stations
Around the house...some laundry, a chicken to get boiling, my corner of the school table is screaming to be straightened up...
One of my favorite things...the smell of pine from our REAL Christmas Tree, you're right Mom, those tarts from Yankee are S-T-R-O-N-G!!!The real thing is sooo much better!
A few plans for the rest of the week...swimming at the YMCA Friday night, finish Christmas shopping!
Here is picture thought I am sharing...my husband, playing with our babies. It makes me fall in love with him all over again :)
